TradeSite by The Lead Venture offers a free custom website build service for local service-based businesses. The website design, development, custom copy, and asset engineering are provided at no upfront cost. Users are responsible for the cost of ongoing secure cloud hosting and optimization, billed on a monthly basis. Hosting plans start at $49/month.

Clients who refer one active client per month may qualify to have their hosting fee waived. Referral terms are subject to change and are governed by a separate referral agreement. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

5. User Responsibilities

By submitting information through our intake form, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to represent the business you are registering.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You own or have the legal right to use any images, logos, or content you provide.
• You will not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full deployment and while active on a paid hosting plan, you retain ownership of your business name, logo, and original content. TradeSite by The Lead Venture retains ownership of all proprietary frameworks, templates, workflows, automation systems, and underlying code structures used to build your site.

We are not an affiliate network, nor do we sell or participate in buying leads. We operate strictly as a service provider building custom local SEO website engines directly for service-based businesses.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media or advertising platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradeSite by The Lead Venture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel website projects at our sole discretion, without notice or liability. You may cancel your hosting plan at any time by contacting us directly.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Canton, Ohio.
