Tye is the co-founder of The Lead Venture, where he leads sales. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and has spent 5 years in sales, including selling millions in direct sales and $1.3 million in roofing alone. He's worked both sides of the business, production and sales, so he understands firsthand what it actually takes to close the deal and deliver on it.

Tye is currently building his third successful business, on top of running a multi six-figure-a-year super affiliate business and owning real estate investments. That mix of experience, direct sales, affiliate marketing, and real estate, gives him a wide-angle view of what actually drives growth for a business, not just theory.

At The Lead Venture, Tye brings that same results-first approach to helping local service businesses sell more, close faster, and grow with confidence.

I grew up severely dyslexic and barely scraped through school. The traditional path wasn't built for me, so I built my own. I discovered online marketing and self-education, and it changed everything.

In 2015, I started a tree service. I didn't just learn how to cut trees—I had to learn how to survive. I struggled for years figuring out how to market, sell, create irresistible offers, and build websites that actually converted. Once I cracked the code, I scaled it to mid-six figures a year until 2020.

Then I pivoted to the cutthroat roofing niche. I knocked on 25,000 doors, had over 8,000 conversations, set 1,000+ leads, and sold $1.3 million in residential roofing in my very first year.

Today, I help run a multi-million dollar lawn care and landscaping business, and I've personally closed over $600k in one-on-one sales in just the last 6 months. I don't just build websites; I build revenue engines based on a decade of bleeding in the trenches of local service businesses.
