SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms cover text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by Jonathan Blake LLC DBA The Lead Venture ("The Lead Venture," "we," "us"). They apply along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
We run two text message programs. You choose each one separately.
- Customer care and appointments: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, onboarding steps, account and billing notices, and support conversations.
- Marketing (optional): special offers, discounts, new product updates, event invitations and educational content about growing a home service business.
Some replies may come from an automated assistant, including an AI assistant, that answers common questions and helps book appointments. A team member can step in at any time. Just ask.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on our website, by texting us first, or by giving us verbal or written consent. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. The phone number you give us must be yours, or you must have permission to use it.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Most of our texts are appointment confirmations and reminders, plus replies to your questions. If you opt in to marketing, those messages are occasional.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for texts, but your mobile carrier may, based on your plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that program. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP.

7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage, and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
