The Human, Mined is a Substack publication of essays on ideas, people, the economy and “a more human tomorrow”. Each essay takes apart one belief at a time. The writer wanted a real home for the work: something more than a Substack feed, built so readers would explore and keep coming back.
What we built
- 54 pages, including essays organized by topic, a “Start here” path for new readers, and resource and about sections.
- Interactive assessments that let readers apply an essay’s ideas to their own thinking, not just read about them.
- Journal pages with reflection prompts that go with the essays.
- Quote cards built to be shared, so every essay doubles as social content.
- Site search, random-essay discovery and light/dark mode so readers can browse the archive.
- Email signup that connects to Substack, keeping a copy of the list on the site the writer owns.

Why it matters
This isn’t a contractor, and that’s the point. The same approach behind our contractor sites (fast, custom-built, interactive, built to capture an audience) works for any business with something to say. When the tools on a page are good enough, people stay, share and subscribe.
What Our Contractors Say
Don't just take our word for it. Watch real contractors share how The Lead Venture transformed their businesses.
