TL;DR — Too Long; Didn't Read

Lawn care demand comes in a rush every spring, and the companies that fill their routes first get the best yards. The best lawn offers give homeowners a reason to sign before the season starts, and the best pages qualify the lead so your estimators only talk to real prospects.

  • Run a route lock-in offer with a limit before the first cut.
  • Use a short video to explain the service better than text can.
  • Qualify leads with a quick quote survey that starts with lawn size.
  • Show trust badges and real reviews near the top.
  • Build separate pages for homeowners and commercial properties.

Bottom line: Give homeowners a reason to sign before spring, and let the page qualify them before you call.

For Integrity Lawn & Landcare we built two video funnels, one for homeowners and one for commercial properties, and produced the videos behind them. The homeowner page led with "Tired of Spending Weekends on Yard Work?" and an offer with a real limit.

Lawn Offers That Work

  • A route lock-in bonus: Integrity's was a free driveway and sidewalk cleaning, a $149 value, for the next 25 lawn packages.
  • A free first mow when someone signs a season-long maintenance plan.
  • A deep discount on mulch for anyone who books before a set date in March.
  • A low-cost first fertilizer application with no contract, to start the relationship.

Let a Video Do the Explaining

A 60 to 90 second video of your crews transforming real lawns in your area says more than a page of text. Put it at the top, add an "unmute to hear it" prompt, and put one clear call to action right under it.

Qualify With a Quote Survey

Integrity's page used an 8-step quote survey, "Get your quote in 60 seconds," that starts with lawn size using picture buttons. People like answering easy questions, and by the time they hit submit you know the yard size, the services they want and when they want to start.

Show Trust Up Front

Put awards, ratings and reviews near the top of the page. Integrity's page showed their BBB Torch Award for Ethics, BBB A+ rating, HomeAdvisor Elite Service and Angi Super Service Award 2024.

Homeowners and Property Managers Buy Differently

A homeowner wants their weekends back and a yard they're proud of. A property manager wants reliable service, insurance paperwork and one less vendor problem. Give each its own page and its own video.

Common Lawn Care & Mowing Offers & Landing Pages Mistakes

A generic 'contact us' form

The fix: Ask for the address so you can quote fast from satellite maps.

An offer with no deadline

The fix: Tie the offer to a date, like signing before the first mow.

No photos of your own lawns

The fix: Shoot your best properties every season and use them.

Copy-and-Use Script: Lawn care landing page offer

Swap the bracketed parts for your own details.

  • Headline: "A Lawn You're Proud Of, Without Lifting a Finger. Weekly Lawn Care in [City]"
  • Form: name, phone and address only, for a satellite quote within the hour.
  • Offer: first cut free with a season agreement, plus a neighbor bonus when two homes on the same street sign.
  • Deadline: "Season spots on [day] routes close [date]."

Lawn Care & Mowing Offers & Landing Pages FAQ

What's a good lawn care offer?
A discounted first service with a season agreement, a free aeration with a full-season signup or a neighbor bonus when two homes on the same street sign. Give it a real deadline before the season starts.
What should a lawn care landing page include?
Your service area, a quick quote form that asks for the address, photos of lawns you maintain, reviews, what's included in the season plan and how billing works.
Should I show prices on my lawn care site?
Showing a 'starting at' price or a typical season range filters out bargain shoppers and builds trust. Get the exact quote from the address.
